I have served on the organizing committee for Zipping for Autism for three years. The annual event raises money—now about $230,000 in seven years—for autism programs in North Carolina. It takes place in Asheville, N.C., on the first Sunday in June.
My son, Nicholas, has been one of the top fundraisers each of the past two years with Team Nicholas. We love being a part of the event. Learn more or make a donation at www.ZippingForAutism.com. Next year’s ZFA will be held on June 2, 2019!
Now watch this cool little video of the day…
The video was shot and put together by Fiasco Pictures. The event takes place each year at the Adventure Center of Asheville.
I invite you to read some of my writing about autism here.
