Ray: Why do the angels do what they do, Doreen?
Doreen: Because they love us. And it’s their assignment. They are direct, pure emissaries for God.
Ray: For you personally, what is a conversation with an angel like?

Doreen: For me, it’s very practical. I’m talking to the angels continuously, and I have no qualms about asking them for protection.
My hobby is scuba diving. I did three scuba dives just yesterday. I mentally say to the angels, “I want easy entrance into and exit out of the ocean. I want my air supply to last more than an hour. I want to be safe. I want to see amazing fish and other beings.”
On a spiritual basis, I’m continuously asking the angels to protect all my friends, family, and students — past, present, and future.
I really understand where the apostle Paul was coming from when he said “prayer without ceasing.” I talk to the angels nonstop. I think that’s what we’re all supposed to do — not praying in the formal religious sense, but having this continuous teamwork going.
